Join us on May 25th, 2024, for an evening of creativity and fun at the Night Market Cosplay Contest! Whether you're into anime, manga, video games, comics, or crafting original characters, we invite you to display your creation on our stage.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Date & Time: Saturday, May 25th from 4:00 - 8:00 PM
Venue: Distribution Hall, 1500 E 4th St, Austin, TX 78702
Registration: Closes 6:00 PM on the day of the event. Sign up early to secure your spot and smooth out your day!
Categories: Dive in as a Competitive contender (judged on craftsmanship, eligible for all prizes) or revel in the limelight as a Non-Competitive showstopper (eligible for the "Best Performance" prize).
Pre-Judging: From 4:00 - 6:00 PM, competitive participants will have a chance to impress the judges with their costume's backstory and construction. Bring your A-game and any reference materials to boost your presentation!
CONTEST DETAILS
Stage Time: Each contestant gets a spotlight moment for up to 30 seconds.
Groups: Assemble your squad! Group entries are capped at 5 members.
Open to All Ages: All are welcome, with contestants 13+ eligible for most prizes.
PRIZES
Compete for prestigious awards like Best in Show, Best Craftsmanship, Best Hair/Makeup, Best Original Character, and more. Winners will also be featured on our website and social media pages.
